I had a great stay at this hotel. Our family of five and our dog fit perfectly in the spacious rooms on the 13th floor. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us find another place when we had to leave early for Zurich. However, the breakfast service could use some improvements as it was not ideal, and there was a lack of food options during certain hours.
